Synopsis: A wave of mutagen thefts points to a bigger play: the Foot Clan is moving an experimental core across the city for a three-way power grab between Shredder, Kang, and Baxter Stockman. Track the convoy through rooftops and alleys, decide whether to cut the power, rescue civilians, or strike the head, and stop a dockside transfer before Bebop & Rocksteady muscle it onto a freighter. Expect high-energy chases, tag-team takedowns, and a boss fight where teamwork wins the night—no twists, just a clean, satisfying one-shot arc.
